Season overview

After fleeing the war in her country, Syria, Mariam finds herself stranded in Beirut. Alone and with no identity documents, she must find ways to survive in an unknown city.

Omran and Baroud start collecting money from the people of the neighborhood, despite the bad conditions. Omran decides, in agreement with Abu Reda, to cut off the electricity from the neighborhood until the people of the neighborhood pay the financial dues.
Sarah asks Omran for help after the municipality tried to close her shop. Aziz asks Ofran to lend him some money, and the latter accepts, but with one condition.
Aziz attacks Omran after he tries to sell his piano. Abu Reda threatens Sarah to publish videos of her on the Internet if she changes the lock on the door of the house.
Aziz is arrested by the police after Omran files a case against him. Sarah continues to harass Maryam and they exchange threats.
Omran drops the case against Aziz and gets the latter out of prison. Maryam goes to the United Nations headquarters, hoping to travel to a foreign country.
Aziz hangs a banner expressing his hatred for the Syrians. Zakaria offers Omran a business project, but the latter informs him of the seriousness of the matter and threatens him.
Due to his financial hardship, Jamil continues to sell his home possessions, despite his wife's anger at this behavior. Opinions differ on the banner posted by Aziz.
Omran tells Maryam that her husband has passed away. Aziz and Zakaria exchange threats after Aziz behaves disgracefully at a time of consolation.
Maryam's request to travel was rejected by the United Nations, and Omran tells her that he can get her a passport.
Sara tells Aziz about her past and tells him that her real name is Batoul. A woman named Fofu comes to Mariam's house and questions her about Omran.
Qamar goes to Jamil's house and tells him that she is pregnant with a child. Sarah and Aziz rush to Zakaria's house to help his wife, who is about to give birth.
Maryam starts working in a barbershop in the neighborhood, after she begins to believe that travel may take a long time. Aziz continues to harass Maryam because she is Syrian.
Roa'a, Zakaria's wife, escapes the house because of the abuse and turns to Aziz, but Zakaria decides not to remain silent, and things escalated quickly in the neighborhood.
Omran gets close to Maryam and takes her to lunch in a fancy restaurant. Roa'a's family comes to the neighborhood looking for her, despite her hiding from everyone.
Omran goes to a person called Al Ghoul and demands his dues. Maryam continues to search for Roa'a after escaping from Baroud's residence. Aziz continues to search for clues that will lead him to the truth about what happened with his father.
Aziz and Sarah knows that Maryam has Lebanese citizenship after Aziz sees her passport. Al Sabaa attacks Omran's house and threatens to kill him.
Maryam meets Qamar and the latter warns her not to fall in love with Omran. Maryam decides to sell her ring in order to escape.
Qamar decides not to have the child after she is convinced that Jamil cannot handle the responsibility. Abu Reda attacks Sarah, and Aziz intervenes, and they exchange threats.
The news of the fake Roaa's death spreads and Zakaria knows about it. Maryam is being held after the authorities knowing that she had entered Lebanon illegally.
Maryam hides with Aziz, and Omran and Sarah start looking for her. The relationship between Roa'a and Baroud becomes stronger after the latter takes care of her.
Omran complains about Sarah's shop and threatens the people of the neighborhood in front of everyone. Omran meets Abu Reda and tells him of a plan to take revenge on Maryam.
Maryam starts looking for an apartment to live in after Abu Reda kicked her out of the house against her will. Maryam is arrested by the police.
Qamar starts working in the café to secure her future income. Baroud smuggles Roa'a and changes her place of residence after Nadia knows of Roa'a's existence. A mass grave is discovered and Aziz heads to the crime scene.
Zakaria returns to the neighborhood and experiences gunpowder and visions of panic. Sarah decides to commit suicide and takes Jamil with her to help her.
Jamil was released from prison, despite his displeasure. Maryam confesses her love to Aziz, and the latter feels the same.
Aziz knows that the body he found in the mass grave does not belong to his father. Zakaria decides to invite the people of the neighborhood to eat as part of a peace gesture, but the police intervene to stop him.
Omran takes the piano from Aziz's house and burns it in the street. Gunpowder finds a box that was hidden inside the piano. Qamar decides to tell Jamil the truth after the latter secures the money in an unexpected way.
Al-Mukhtar asks Abu Reda to help him arrange a marriage for him. Sarah decides to travel and start a new life after being tired.
Al-Mukhtar and Abu Reda go and propose to Dr. Tafeeda. Omran brings Maryam's husband Adnan from Syria in an attempt to sabotage her relationship with Aziz.
Adnan decides to take his revenge on Maryam. Roa'a gives birth to a child with the help of Baroud, who in turn decides to take revenge on Omran after what he did to his father.
