Overview

Safiah, a university teacher and a widow, is going to face unexpected difficulties after she has been convinced by Jalal, her relatives, to take over as Mayor, out of his greed to control over the village.

The legal counsel, Jalal, offers Safiah to take over as Mayor, and it is clear that his family is doing that to control over other families.
The villagers’ opinions differ when Safiah came to the village to shock by a murder. It is clear that Al Dahayshah family is selling drugs.
Safiah threatens Nimaat if the last one wouldn't stop doing the circumcision surgeries in the clinic.
Shalbaya gives the mayor a compensation for all the owners of the fired sheep, while Jalal is scolding Hamed and Hafez because of their crude theft.
The families in the village refused Safiah invitation to present the awareness campaign on the dangers of circumcision, then she saw the riots after the football game.
Jamal is helping Safiah during the riots, while Shalbaya is scolding Mansour, her brother, for his job in smuggling the illegal travelers.
